The Indiana Laborers’ District Council is dedicated to uniting over 12,500 workers and 11 Locals to strengthen our collective power, negotiate for improved wages and benefits, and contribute to the development of a prosperous future for communities across Indiana.

Our Council is committed to representing the rights and interests of our members while also working towards the betterment of the communities we serve. By coming together, we amplify our voices, advocate for fair labor practices, and promote camaraderie among our members.
